What we collect and why

• Order data — name, delivery and billing address, email, phone. Needed to perform the sales contract and to deliver your order.
• Payment data — handled by our payment provider. We receive a confirmation and the last digits of the card; we never see or store the full card number.
• Support correspondence — what you write to us, so we can answer and keep a record of the exchange.
• Technical data — anonymised measurement of site usage, so we can keep the site working and improve it.

Who else sees it

We share your data only with the parties needed to complete your order: our e-commerce and payment platform, the carrier delivering your parcel, and the supplier dispatching it. Each acts under contract and may not use your data for anything else. We never sell your data.

Some of these providers operate outside the European Union. Where that is the case, the transfer is covered by the safeguards required under EU law.

How long we keep it

Order and invoicing records are kept for the period required by Belgian accounting and tax law. Support correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to handle your case, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to certain processing. Write to us and we will answer within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

We use the cookies strictly necessary to run the site — keeping your cart and your session. Any non-essential cookie is set only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
