These terms govern every order placed on saiseirecovery.com. Placing an order means you accept them. The seller is identified below.

2. The product

We sell one product: the SAISEI Recovery Boots, a pneumatic compression device for sports recovery, supplied as a pair with their control unit, hoses, charger and carry bag. It is a wellbeing and sports recovery product. It is not a medical device and makes no medical claim. If you have a health condition, ask a healthcare professional before using it.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include Belgian VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum order. The price charged is the one displayed at the moment you confirm your order.

For deliveries outside the European Union, any import duties or local taxes are handled as stated in our Shipping policy. If a price is displayed in your local currency, it is converted from the euro price at the rate applied by our payment provider at checkout.

4. Ordering and acceptance

Your order is a purchase offer. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline an order — for example in case of an obvious pricing error, a suspected fraudulent payment, or a destination we cannot ship to — and we will refund you in full if payment has already been taken.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of the order through our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Accepted methods are those displayed at checkout.

7. Withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days to change your mind. The procedure is set out in full in our Returns and withdrawal policy.

8. Legal guarantee and commercial warranty

As a consumer you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, which in Belgium runs for two years from delivery. This guarantee is free and applies whatever we say elsewhere.

In addition, the manufacturer provides a Limited 1-Year Warranty running for 12 months from the date of purchase. It covers quality defects and damage not caused by the user, including the control unit, sleeves, hoses and charger. It excludes damage from misuse, accidents, water, or unauthorised repair. This commercial warranty is in addition to, and never replaces, your statutory rights.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Follow the instructions supplied with the product; we are not liable for damage resulting from use that departs from them.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

Please write to us first — most problems are settled in a single email. If we cannot agree, consumers resident in Belgium may refer the matter to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service.
