Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs for 14 days from the day you — or a third party you designate, other than the carrier — take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, tell us clearly before the 14 days are up. An email to our contact address is enough. You do not have to explain yourself, and you do not have to use a form — though you may use the model withdrawal form set out in EU law if you prefer.

How to return your order

• Email us at the address below, stating your order number.
• We reply within 24 to 48 business hours with the return address and instructions.
• Send the goods back without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of telling us.
• Pack the boots in their original carton with the control unit, hoses, charger and carry bag.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Outbound shipping is free; the return journey is at your expense. We recommend a tracked service — until we receive the parcel, it remains your responsibility.

Your refund

We refund every payment we received from you, including the standard outbound delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you supply proof of dispatch, whichever happens first.

The refund is made using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. It costs you nothing.

Handling the goods before returning them

You may examine the boots as you would in a shop. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling that goes beyond establishing their nature, characteristics and functioning. In practice: unpack them, try them on, run a cycle. Do not damage them, and keep the packaging.

Faulty or non-conforming goods

The 14-day withdrawal right is separate from your legal guarantee of conformity, which runs for two years from delivery in Belgium. If your Recovery Boots are faulty or do not match their description, contact us at any point during that period — repair or replacement is free, and return shipping in that case is on us.
